1. Service Description

SellInKSA provides third-party Amazon FBA prep and packaging services in Saudi Arabia.

We receive seller-owned inventory, prepare it according to Amazon FBA guidelines, and release it for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers using Amazon-partnered carriers booked and paid for by the seller.

2. Seller Authorization

No prep, labeling, bundling, or kitting is performed without seller authorization via the intake form or written instructions.

3. Inventory Ownership

All inventory remains the property of the seller at all times.

4. Shipping Responsibility

• Sellers create inbound shipments in Seller Central

• Sellers select Amazon-Partnered Carrier

• Sellers pay shipping charges directly to Amazon

• SellInKSA does not book or pay for shipping

5. Prohibited Inventory

We do not accept:

• Counterfeit goods

• Restricted products

• Hazmat items (unless pre-approved)

• Food, supplements, or pharmaceuticals

• Used or returned products for new listings

We perform visual inspection and prep only.

We do not verify product authenticity or compliance.

• First 7 days: free

• After 7 days: storage fees apply

• Manufacturer defects

• Amazon FC receiving errors

• Lost sales or profit
