2. Scope
This SOP applies to:
• Seller-owned inventory shipped to SellInKSA warehouse
• New, unused retail products intended for Amazon FBA
• Units requiring prep, labeling, polybagging, bundling, or boxing
• Shipments sent to Amazon FBA using Amazon-partnered carriers booked by the seller

3. Intake Requirements
Before processing begins, the seller must provide:
• Completed FBA Prep Intake Form
• Product details (ASINs, SKUs, quantities)
• Prep instructions (polybag, labeling, bundling, etc.)
• FNSKU files or label authorization
• Amazon shipment plan (if already created)

4. Warehouse Receiving
Upon arrival at our warehouse:
1. Cartons are unloaded and staged
2. Shipment is matched to seller intake form
3. Cartons and units are counted
4. Visible carton damage is documented
5. Discrepancies are logged and reported

Each unit is logged with:
• Seller name
• ASIN / SKU
• Quantity received
• Date received
• Prep requirements
• Initial visible condition
6. Prep & Packaging
Units are prepared according to Amazon FBA guidelines and seller instructions, including:

• Suffocation warning labeling (if required)
• Bubble wrapping
• Box-in-box

Instead:

4. Amazon or its carrier contacts SellInKSA for pickup
5. Inventory is released to the carrier

• Counterfeit goods
